A simple leak in the toilet feed line left alone for approximately 3 to 5 years caused roughly $12,000 in damage.

Covered deck project, 1920s farmhouse. The only real instruction the homeowner gave us was he wanted it to look like it had always been there and he didn’t do the work himself.

The homeowner always dreamed of having an outdoor kitchen, so we installed an IKEA cabinet with a bar sink and put porcelain tile on two walls, including a custom tile mural.
